Can I order multiple sizes of panels for my wall?
Yes. Each wallpaper is sold by panel and you can mix sizes within a single order to fit walls of any shape. Use our Wallpaper Calculator to figure out the right combination, or contact us below and we'll help you map it out.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are printed to order and typically ship within 5–7 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes another 3–5 business days within the US. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes — we recommend ordering a sample before purchasing a full wall. Samples let you confirm the colour, scale, and finish in your own space and lighting.
Can I get a reprint of one of my wallpaper panels?
Yes. If a panel was damaged in transit or during install, send us your order number and a photo of the damaged panel using the form below and we'll arrange a reprint.
How much wallpaper should I order for my wall?
Measure your wall's width and height in inches and enter them into our Wallpaper Calculator — it will return the exact panel sizes and quantity you need. We always recommend ordering one extra panel for trim allowance.
Can I use William Morris Wallpaper with textured walls?
Lightly textured walls (orange peel or knockdown) generally work, especially with our Luxe Traditional finish. Heavily textured walls should be skim-coated first. See our Install Guides for prep instructions.
