Where it works

Cottagecore is a kitchen and bedroom style, and it likes small rooms: a pantry, a box room, a bathroom under the eaves. Folk Rose, upright sprigs of pink wild roses on warm cream, and Folk Cardinal, a small red bird repeated on cream, are the simplest and go almost anywhere. Woven Check reads as cloth on the wall, so a kitchen or a laundry suits it. Pressed Blooms, dried flowers banked against grey planks, is the one for a bedroom feature wall, or a hallway that wants colour.

Picking between the designs

Decide between sprig, meadow and bouquet.
